Meet Fiona – no jargon, just proper help

Yes, that’s me on the right, laughing with some friends.

If you're looking for a typical, boring accountant, you're in the wrong place.

I enjoy laughing and having fun, but I’m also passionate about spreadsheets, explaining numbers in simple terms, and helping your business achieve profits and positive cash flow.

My husband and I previously owned three accountancy practices and a business coaching firm, all while home-educating our children.

After selling those businesses and semi-retiring in 2020, I soon realised I needed something more to do. So here I am, back at it!

Having balanced the pressures of business with family life, I understand the challenges all too well.

Meet Rudi – big-picture thinker, proud husband, and support crew in chief

As Fiona said, we used to run a successful business coaching firm and own three accountancy practices. On paper, it was a dream.

But after a 3-day business-buying course in London, I came home full of big ideas — and found Fiona in tears.

She wasn’t angry, just scared. Scared we’d drift apart if I kept chasing more, and she and our girls ended up going another way.

That moment changed everything.

We sold the businesses, stepped back, and made family our focus. For a while, life was slower, simpler, and full of what matters. Eventually, Fiona missed the challenge and connection of work. She took a part-time role at a charity, and when she started this practice, I was with her from day one.

These days I keep the systems running, support our clients, and lead the wild, messy adventure of home-educating our teenage daughters, Jess and Holly.

I’m the guy in the t-shirt, not the suit. This is the life we chose — together.
